Concert Week Reminders

Tomorrow morning 12/8 is our last rehearsal - for ALL CHOIRS @ 7:30am. Tomorrow evening 12/8 call time is 6:30pm in the Music Room. Concert is at 7pm. Attire is solid white, green, or red on top - blouse, sweater, polo, button down, etc.(dresses are fine for the girls, as are ties for the boys) - and black on bottom (pants, skirt, etc.) Thursday during school we will have our assembly concert at 2pm. Attire is the same - except for those in orchestra or band - be sure to wear white/black so it works for both groups' attire. After tomorrow morning there will be no more morning rehearsals until 1/5/16 (after break). Thank you!

Winter Concert Details

The Dec. 8th Winter Choir Concert is almost here. Call time will be 6:30pm and the concert starts at 7pm. Attire is solid white, red, or green top with black on bottom. Rehearsals will run all the way through the concert day (no rehearsals after the 8th until the new year). ALL CHOIR REHEARSALS are Monday Dec. 7th and Tuesday Dec. 8th at 7:30am on the gym stage. If you ride the bus to choir on a different day, please do your best to try and car pool or get to school as soon as you can for those rehearsals. Thursday afternoon will be our combined choir, band, and orchestra school assembly concert. Attire is the same - if you are also in band or orchestra, be sure to wear white and black, which works for both ensembles.

Pleasantdale is going Into the Woods

Musical Auditions are right around the corner... Monday & Tuesday December 14 & 15, 3:30-4:30pm in the Music Room. The audition will be part acting and part singing. The audition sign-up sheet, song, and reading are available in the Music Room. Callback auditions are Thursday, Dec. 17, 3:30-5:00pm for students from whom the directors need to hear more (Not everyone selected for the cast will be asked to come to callbacks). Students selected for the cast are expected to commit to the after school rehearsal/practice schedule. Rehearsals for cast begin immediately following Winter Break - Tuesday, Jan. 5 (scripts will be passed out Fri before break). Rehearsal days are Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri from 3:30-4:45pm, but exact schedule will vary based on what part or scene is rehearsing. Show dates are March 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Questions?
